Apply to the eyelash contour.
For a fine, precise and defined line: draw a line of short, continuous strokes from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
For a thicker line from the first application: place the applicator at the base of the lashes; pressing gently, slide it over the lash line from the inner to the outer corner of the eye and vice versa.
